Shipping & Delivery
For all US orders and International orders shipping is calculated using the United States Postal Service Priority Rate. The ID cards, courses, and titles are shipped from another location and will arrive separately. Most items will arrive within 4-6 weeks.
Return Policy
We will be happy to replace any product if there is an error on our part. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the merchandise in re-sellable condition within 30 days. Afterwhich, your purchase price will be refunded to you. Send all returns along with your name, address, order number and reason for the return to the address below.
